Casey has worked in the food industry for nearly two decades with the intention of helping purpose-driven brands cultivate positive social change and achieve business success through meaningful storytelling and innovative creative strategy.
From her roots in farm-to-table restaurants, to her in-house sales and communications experience with sustainability industry leaders Bi-Rite Market, Straus Family Creamery and Community Grains, and finally to her jump to the agency world where she specialized in food B2B and directed advertising and marketing programs for some of the most reputable foodservice brands: Ardent Mills, Avocados From Mexico and PepsiCo. Casey has carved her way with passion, commitment and a holistic approach.
She’s been a curator for 18 Reasons, a community-focused culinary school in San Francisco, studied, written and created visual art centered around food justice, organic farming and ecological stewardship, and worked on both sides of the B2C and B2B aisle. Pretty much, if it’s about connecting to the earth and each other through food - she’s on it.
